# PlentyOrder > PlentyOrder is an AI order desk for independent US foodservice distributors (seafood, produce, meat, Asian and Latin specialty). It turns orders that arrive by text message, voicemail, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk and photos of handwritten lists into structured orders matched to the distributor's catalog, flags shortages and ambiguous lines, proposes substitutes, and waits for a person to approve every order before it is exported to CSV, QuickBooks or an ERP import file. Key facts: - A person approves every order. Nothing posts or exports without approval. - Languages: English, Spanish, Chinese and Korean, including mixed-language messages. - Restaurants keep ordering on the numbers, addresses and apps they already use. - Approved orders are handed off as CSV, to QuickBooks, or as an import file for systems such as Entrée, Produce Pro, DDS and Sage. These are file handoffs, not official partnerships. - Access is by request: hello@plentyorder.com. All names and orders shown on the site are fictional sample data. ## Main pages - [Home](https://plentyorder.com/): how the order desk works, the order ticket, languages, approval control and FAQ - [Solutions](https://plentyorder.com/solutions): index of all industry, use-case and integration guides ## Industries - [Seafood distributors](https://plentyorder.com/industries/seafood-distributors): Turn late texts and voicemails for 16/20 shrimp, U/10 scallops and fresh fish into catalog-matched orders, with shorts and subs flagged for a person to approve. - [Produce distributors](https://plentyorder.com/industries/produce-distributors): Match “4 limes, 2 cilantro, romas” to the case, count and pack you sell. Missing units are labeled, and market shorts are flagged at order time. - [Meat distributors](https://plentyorder.com/industries/meat-distributors): Match the cut a customer means, hold “skirt” or “short rib” when it could go two ways, and keep per-pound lines by the pound. A person approves. - [Asian food distributors](https://plentyorder.com/industries/asian-food-distributors): Read WeChat and KakaoTalk orders in Chinese and Korean, translate them on the ticket, and match each line to your English item codes. Unknown items are flagged. - [Hispanic & Latin food distributors](https://plentyorder.com/industries/hispanic-food-distributors): Turn Spanish and Spanglish orders from WhatsApp, voicemail and notepad photos into catalog-matched lines, including arrachera, bultos and “lo de siempre.” ## Use cases - [After-hours order taking](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/after-hours-order-taking): Voicemails, texts, emails and chats that arrive after close are written up overnight against your catalog, so the morning desk reviews tickets. - [Text message orders](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/text-message-orders): Restaurants keep texting the number they use today. Every text, add-on and correction becomes one catalog-matched order a person approves. - [Voicemail orders](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/voicemail-orders): Voicemail orders are transcribed into catalog-matched lines, with spoken quantities, count sizes and “the usual” handled. A person approves each. - [Spanish-language orders](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/spanish-language-orders): Spanish and Spanglish orders by voicemail, text and WhatsApp are matched to your catalog, with an English translation on every ticket. - [Chinese and Korean orders](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/chinese-and-korean-orders): Chinese and Korean orders from WeChat, KakaoTalk, text and voicemail, with counting words and unit characters read and translated on the ticket. - [Photos of handwritten order lists](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/handwritten-order-photos): Customers text a photo of a notepad or order guide. Each line is read and matched to your catalog; crossed-out or illegible lines are flagged. - [Shortages and substitutions](https://plentyorder.com/use-cases/shortages-and-substitutions): Every line is checked against stock when the order arrives. Shorts get the customer’s fallback or your catalog sub, and a person decides. ## Integrations - [Entrée](https://plentyorder.com/integrations/entree): Approved orders are handed off as an import file or CSV with your Entrée customer accounts and item codes, so the office stops retyping texts and voicemails. - [Produce Pro](https://plentyorder.com/integrations/produce-pro): Approved produce orders, with counts, pack sizes and subs resolved, are handed off as an import file or CSV mapped to your Produce Pro items and customers. - [DDS](https://plentyorder.com/integrations/dds): Approved orders, with cuts, blends and units confirmed, are handed off as an import file or CSV using your DDS customer accounts and item codes. - [Sage](https://plentyorder.com/integrations/sage): Approved orders are handed off as a sales order import file or CSV with your Sage customer numbers and item codes. Nothing to retype. - [QuickBooks](https://plentyorder.com/integrations/quickbooks): Approved orders go to QuickBooks Online as invoices or estimates, or out as an import file for QuickBooks Desktop, with your customers, items and prices. - [CSV export](https://plentyorder.com/integrations/csv-export): Every approved order downloads as a CSV with order number, account, item code, quantity, unit, price and notes, for any system that imports a file. ## Optional - [Interactive demo](https://plentyorder.com/demo): runs a simple keyword matcher in the browser on sample orders (not indexed)
