Every order, from every channel, becomes one clean ticket.

Built to catch every text, call, voicemail, email, and handwritten list — so nothing gets lost in a thread, less gets retyped by hand, and fewer orders go out wrong.

Handwritten list · confirm brand

Held for review. One line needs a person to confirm it before it ships.

A text, a Spanish voice note, a WeChat photo of a handwritten list, and a PDF become one ticket. The tofu line stays flagged until someone on the team confirms it.

Every channel

One ticket, from any channel.

SMS, phone calls, voicemail, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, a photo of a handwritten list, a PDF — however the order comes in, the desk reads it and writes one ticket.

Any language

Spanish on the phone. Korean in the inbox. A handwritten list in Chinese.

Built to read the language a buyer actually orders in, including the nicknames and shorthand mixed into one thread. An unclear line gets flagged for a person, not guessed.

After hours

Built to handle the overnight line.

When the office is closed, the line still picks up. The desk confirms items and quantities with the caller and sends a recap, so the order is ready and waiting when the team is back.

Sample exchange

PlentyOrder

I have 40 pounds of peeled 16/20 shrimp and two cases of limes. What else tonight?

Buyer

Ten pounds of squid rings. That's the lot.

Confirmed · recap sent by text

Accuracy

Shorts, subs, and credits — not lost in a thread.

Out-of-stocks, suggested substitutions, credits, and returns go back to the customer and get flagged for the team, attached to the order instead of scattered across a thread.

Sample follow-up

Short · 16/20 shrimp out of stock Sub suggested by text
Credit · squid rings, 4 lb short Flagged for the team
Return · 1 case of limes Pickup noted

Nothing ships without a person's approval.

Every ticket waits for review. Unusual nicknames, odd quantities, and unclear photos are flagged. You decide when an account, or a line, can move with a lighter look.

How it works

Three steps. The number your customers have stays put.

  1. 01

    Keep the number

Point your text line, phone, and order inbox at PlentyOrder. Customers keep texting and calling the same place as last week.

  2. 02

    The desk drafts the ticket

It reads every channel, confirms items and quantities in the customer's language, and matches nicknames to that account's usual items.

  3. 03

    A person approves

Clean lines and flagged lines sit in the review queue. What your team approves goes into the system you already run.

Setup is measured in days. Customers keep texting and calling the same number — there is nothing new to install, and your team keeps the system it already knows.

Your system

Built to post into the system you already run.

Approved tickets are written for the system your office already uses, so there is no new workflow to learn.

Who it's for

Built for independent foodservice distributors.

For US distributors roughly $5–50 million — seafood, produce, meat and poultry, and Asian or Hispanic specialty — where a small crew still takes the order by phone, text, and voicemail.

  • Seafood

Shrimp counts, day-boat lists, and the usual pack, texted after the dining room closes.

  • Produce

A standing order that changes with the market, plus a prep list photographed in the walk-in.

  • Meat and poultry

Cut specs and case counts left on a voicemail, or a text that says same as last time, plus four.

  • Asian and Hispanic specialty

Orders in Spanish, Chinese, or Korean, mixed with the item names the counter already uses.

If the book of business still lives in phones, voicemails, and inboxes, this desk was built for that work.

FAQ

Straight answers before a call.

How does pricing work?

Simple monthly pricing. PlentyOrder is available by invitation. We walk through the number on a 15-minute demo.

Does my customer need an app?

No. Chefs and buyers keep texting, calling, and emailing the number they already use. There is nothing to download.

What happens to our messages and orders?

PlentyOrder keeps your customers' messages and orders in your account. We do not sell that data, and we do not use your orders to train public models. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

We review data-handling terms with you before your inbox is connected.

Which languages does it handle?

English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean — including a mix in one thread — plus the nicknames a buyer uses for your items. The desk learns each customer's usual order and shorthand. An uncertain line is flagged for your team.

Will an order go out before someone on our team sees it?

Nothing ships without approval until you trust it. Orders wait in the review queue. Unusual nicknames, odd quantities, and hard-to-read photos are flagged. You decide when a customer, or a single item, can move with a lighter look.

Which systems can approved orders go into?

Works with the systems independent distributors already run, including Entrée, Produce Pro, DDS, Sage, QuickBooks, and CSV import. We match the path to how you enter orders today.

How long does setup take?

Days. We begin with the text line, the phone, and the order inbox you already have, then agree how an approved ticket should land in your system. Customers keep the same number.
