CSV handoff · PlentyOrder
If your system imports a file, it can take orders from the desk. Every approved order, or a morning’s batch, downloads as a CSV with your customer accounts, item codes, units, prices and sub notes. Here is the exact format.

ApprovedMost distribution, accounting and routing systems can import orders from a file. A predictable CSV means the desk doesn’t wait on a custom connection.
Customer accounts and item codes come from the lists you upload, so the file needs no mapping table on your side.
Subs, shorts and removed lines are already resolved, and noted on each line, so the import has nothing left to decide.
Only approved orders can be exported.
Export a single order from its ticket, or all approved orders at once from the Orders list.
Bring the file into your system’s order or transaction import.
The order shows as posted on the desk, with who exported it and when.
One row per order line. Comma-separated, UTF-8, with a header row. Fields containing commas are quoted.

No. Only orders a person has approved can be exported. Drafts and flagged orders never leave the desk.
