The problem

What’s different about Chinese and Korean orders

01

Numbers are words

Korean orders use native counting words (한, 두, 세) before units, and Chinese uses 两 rather than 二 for quantities. Both are read as numbers, not skipped.

02

Units are characters

박스, 봉지, 통, 箱, 桶 and 磅 carry the unit. They’re converted to the units in your price list, so “한 통” of garlic becomes one jar.

03

Review without reading the language

The English translation sits next to the original, and each line keeps its phrase, so a reviewer can trust it line by line.

FAQ

Questions about chinese and Korean orders.

Does it handle Traditional and Simplified Chinese?

It’s built to read both scripts. Item names in either script can be added as nicknames for your catalog items.

Can orders come in on WeChat and KakaoTalk?

Yes, through business accounts, alongside text, voicemail and email.

What if the translation is wrong?

Matching is done from the original. If a line is wrong, fix it on the ticket. The original phrase stays next to it either way.
