QuickBooks Online doesn’t have a native sales order form, so approved orders are built to post as invoices or estimates, whichever your office already uses to pick and bill.

Is this an official QuickBooks integration?

No. PlentyOrder isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the maker of QuickBooks. It’s built to hand off approved orders as a file your QuickBooks setup can import, or as a CSV. During setup we confirm the exact import format with your team.

Does anything reach my system without approval?

No. Only orders a person has approved are exported. Drafts, flagged orders and rejected lines never leave the desk.

Invoices or estimates: which should I use?

Whichever your office uses to pick and bill today. Many distributors use estimates as a pick list and convert them to invoices after delivery. The choice is a setting.
