What the import file saves

Ambiguous cuts, confirmed once

“Skirt” is confirmed on the ticket, by a person, before export. The import file never has to be corrected in the order screen.

Customer words, your units

“Jugs” and “bags” are converted to the units in your price list, and the conversion is labeled on the ticket for review.

One format for every channel

Texts, voicemails, emails and chat messages all export the same way, so the import step doesn’t depend on how the order arrived.

    Export your item list with pack sizes and prices, plus your customer accounts, as CSV.

    Orders are written up

    Each one is matched to those item codes, with cuts and units flagged where needed.

  3. 03Morning

    Approve

    A person resolves the flags and approves.

  4. 04Export

    Import file or CSV

    Approved orders export in the format your DDS import expects, confirmed with your team at setup.

Questions about the DDS handoff.

Is this an official DDS integration?

No. PlentyOrder isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the maker of DDS. It’s built to hand off approved orders as a file your DDS setup can import, or as a CSV. During setup we confirm the exact import format with your team.

Does anything reach my system without approval?

No. Only orders a person has approved are exported. Drafts, flagged orders and rejected lines never leave the desk.

What if my import needs different columns?

Column names and order are set to match your import file during setup. The plain CSV is always available too.
