The problem

Where the time goes today

Every order is keyed twice

Someone listens or reads, writes it down, then enters it line by line. The message is already structured on the ticket, so the second keying is the only step that changes.

Item codes from memory

Typing orders means remembering which code is the 10 lb bag. Lines carry your item codes from the price list you upload, so the export matches your system.

Errors show up on the invoice

A wrong unit typed at 6 AM becomes a credit at 4 PM. Units and pack conversions are shown on the ticket before approval, not discovered after.

How the handoff to Entrée works

  1. 01Setup

    Upload your price list

    Export items, pack sizes and prices from Entrée as a CSV. Accounts come from your customer list.

  2. 02Overnight

    Orders are written up

    Each order is matched to the same item codes and customer accounts.

  3. 03Morning

    A person approves

    Approval is the trigger for export. Nothing earlier leaves the desk.

  4. 04Export

    File ready to import

    Download the import file, or a CSV, for the approved orders, then import it the way you bring orders into Entrée today.

The handoff file uses your own identifiers. Column names are matched to the import your Entrée setup expects when we set it up with you.

Is this an official Entrée integration?

No. PlentyOrder isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the maker of Entrée. It’s built to hand off approved orders as a file your Entrée setup can import, or as a CSV. During setup we confirm the exact import format with your team.

Does anything reach my system without approval?

No. Only orders a person has approved are exported. Drafts, flagged orders and rejected lines never leave the desk.

Do I need to change how I use Entrée?

No. Orders arrive the way you import them today, already keyed. Picking, routing and invoicing stay in Entrée.
